Team
The team involved is made up of volunteers with the exception of our Youth Worker. The volunteers enjoy their work with children and young people and invest time in order to make sure that groups are run well.
All our leaders are screened using the ‘Disclosure' system which is good practice and the policy of all Church of Scotland congregations. Many teams have teenage helpers to assist the leaders and to nurture leadership skills but they are never alone with children.
